About the role:

 

The Group Technology (GT) Capability Building Team is responsible for capability and skill development across the entire function and driving Digital Transformation upskilling across the Zurich group. The team is looking for a Data Solutions Senior Specialist to support the team’s mandate through building and administering training programs, managing operational processes or capability development tools and providing reporting services.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

In this role, your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  • Manage and monitor learning-related licenses, subscriptions, and digital credentials (e.g., Coursera, O'Reilly, Credly), including access provisioning, usage tracking, and operational support.
  • Manage learner-related processes, including learner administration, enrollments, completions, training records, and user queries.
  • Support the delivery and maintenance of reporting solutions and dashboards (Power BI), ensuring high-quality and reliable reporting.
  • Maintain data reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Document processes, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of capability-building operations.

 

 

Candidate’s profile:

 

  • Fluent English 
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in learning & development operations 
  • Experience with data reporting and analytics  
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Power Query
  • Ability to work in a virtual team with a high level of autonomy
  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with stakeholders
  • Experience with agile ways of working or the desire and mindset to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Experience in continuous improvement, agile delivery, data or HR (Human Resources) role
  • Strong O365 skills

 

 

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

 

  • Training Design and Build
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data quality and reporting best practices
  • Experience with process automation tools such as Power Automate or similar

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

 

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
